Service on site All major holiday areas in Denmark have a service centre. The address of the service office responsible for your tenancy is stated in the travel documents forwarded to you. Handing over the key Upon presentation of the booking confirmation you will receive the key to your holiday home - at the earliest at 15:00 hrs. on arrival day. Telephone and fax service If you wish to use the telephone or fax you may do so at our service office at a small cost. Final cleaning As a tenant you are obligated to make the final cleaning of the holiday home. If you prefer to enjoy your holiday to the last minute, you can order the final cleaning at our service office. If you order the cleaning, it does not exempt you from washing the dishes and tidying up in and around the holiday home. Bed linen/ baby cot / high chair Naturally you can rent bed linen, baby cot and high chair at our service office. However booking the items in advance is advisable in order to ensure that they are ready for you upon arrival. Bicycle rental Often you can rent bicycles nearby our service offices. Otherwise we will be happy to help you contact a local bicycle rental shop. Jump the queue You can buy tickets to the largest amusement park in Denmark LEGOLAND at all dansommer service centres. The entrance fee is the same as at the main gate in the park, but you jump the entrance queue - thus having more time to explore the park!
