At dansommer we listen to our customers and take their comments very seriously. We have often been told, that the reason our customers choose dansommer as their holiday home agency, is our high level of service at the destinations.

Therefore as a novelty in 2003 we introduced a unique concept: "Service Plus Guarantee".
This concept guarantees our customers top quality and super service at all times.
Without any additional charge we can offer you the following:
All houses are checked after each departure
- The house is cleaned before your arrival
- Speedy exchange of keys
- Money exchange without difficulties
- Speedy problem-solving
- Return of your deposit at the latest 14 days after your departure
- If you have complaints about cleaning upon arrival, and your claim is valid, the house will immediately be cleaned. If this cleaning is not taken care of within a reasonable time limit, dansommer will take care of the final cleaning upon your departure.
