Book a long holiday and save money the longer you stay. Book from 2 to 4+ weeks, and get a chance to truly get to know the country and its culture. Spending a cold winter in a warmer climate does not have to be expensive since the longer you stay, the cheaper it will be: - 2 weeks: 10% discount - 3 weeks: 15% discount - 4 weeks: 20% discount The arrival and departure dates have to be in the E, F, or G seasons. When staying for 4 weeks or more, the deposit is raised by 100€ per person. Heating bills are not included in the rental cost. Paying for the final cleaning is obligatory when using this offer, but if the house description states that the final cleaning is included, this is also the case with a long term rental.

These holiday homes all fulfill the following criteria: - A plot of at least 1.000 m2 - The holiday home does not have a nicely arranged garden that you need to watch out for - In the holiday home you can find information about taking your pets with you around the local area - In the holiday home you can find important information such as the telephone number and address of the nearest veterinarian.
With this holiday home, all the usual expenses are included in the price, so it is both easier and cheaper to go on holiday. 'All inclusive' means that: - Bedsheets and towels are included When renting a holiday for more than a week, the bedlinens will be replaced once a week. - Final cleaning incl. - Electricity, water, and heating incl. - Tourist tax incl.
