The area around the house is ideal for exploring hiking trails and observing the rich wildlife. Within 100 meters from the house there is a large activity area with playground, ropeway, swings, mini golf, soccer fields, basketball court, beach volleyball, outdoor fitness equipment, soccer golf and table tennis, which you can use for free.

Why not also grab your bikes and cycle to the beautiful sandy beach, which you can reach after a short tour. Experience beautiful waves and plenty of space to play with your children on the beach. You can then cool off in the water.
Golfers can also pursue their hobby here. Just a short drive away is Øland Golfklub, where you can swing your golf clubs and enjoy the tranquility of the course.
