Impressive Venetian villa from the end of the 19th century in the center of Oppeano, on the hills around Verona (25 km). The villa belongs to a famous family that has always lived there and counted among its guests, among others, Edward VIII. On the first floor there is a large kitchen, WC, study with fireplace and a music room with 19th century piano, all opening onto a beautiful living room. From here you have access to the romantic garden with rare plants and a small bamboo forest. An original staircase leads to the 1st floor where the 5 bedrooms and a large bathroom are located. Three of the five bedrooms are also connected to each other with connecting doors, and all rooms of the villa still have partially restored frescoes and original pieces of furniture that take guests back to the atmosphere of the 19th century. The area is an ideal starting point to visit the cities of Verona (25 km) - in the summer months you should not miss the opera season, which takes place in the beautiful setting of the famous Arena; Mantova (30 km) with its majestic Basilica of Sant'Andrea, rich in frescoes; charming Venice (120 km) with its canals and beautiful Piazza San Marco. In addition, Lake Garda (Lazise 40 km) awaits you with its breathtaking panorama and amusement park for children and adults. On the property and adjacent to the villa is a small house occupied by other people. Air conditioning in some rooms, payable locally according to consumption.
