The apartment is located on the first floor and has a kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and bathroom. From one of the bedrooms you have access to a covered terrace, equipped for outdoor dining. The fenced outdoor area includes a 3,000 m² green area, a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, volleyball-field, table tennis and a second paved area with tables, chairs, large gazebo and barbecue. Thanks to the location of the residence, in the Piedmont countryside, you can enjoy the culinary delights of the region, discover its important history and the wine cellars of Piedmont as well as reach the beautiful town Asti (24 Km), where you can enjoy food and wine festivals, the famous sparkling wine Asti Spumante and the historical horse race Palio. About 53 km away is the city of Turin, the charming town of Savoy and former capital of Italy, rich in monuments and museums, including the Mole Antonelliana, which houses a cinema museum.
