The house has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a kitchen and a living room with access to a terrace. It is located in the foothills. Since the property is only partially fenced, it is not suitable for small children. San Vito Lo Capo is famous for its wonderful beaches, crystal clear sea water, the famous Couscous Festival and the Riserva dello Zingaro Natural Park. San Vito has also made a name for itself as a climbing center known throughout Europe and the high walls of Monte Monaco and Monte Cofano attract athletes from all over Europe thanks to their cliffs equipped for sport climbing.
