The comfortable vacation apartment in a gated community with private security and welcomes you with a cozy interior where you can feel at home with your family.
The first floor accommodation offers you a large terrace with a nice dining table where you can enjoy undisturbed downtime and your vacation meals in winter as well as in summer. From your private terrace and garden area you can directly access several communal pools, one of which is in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. There is also a tennis court and a paddle tennis court in the complex.

The apartment is located near the Cabo Cope y Puntas de Calnegre Natural Park, a nature reserve with 17 km of unspoiled coastline that stretches between the municipalities of Lorca and Águilas along the bay of Mazarrón. The accommodation is located in Águilas, widely famous for its gastronomic delicacies. There is also a fish market here where the catch of the day is auctioned.
You can reach the more after a few kilometers drive. Here you can relax on the beach, swim in the water and explore the underwater world while snorkeling.
