Villa L&T Nin is located in the small village of Grbe, just 3 km from the royal town of Nin. The town of Nin is 15 km away from the city of Zadar. In the center of Nin is an island with a diameter of 500 m, which is connected to the mainland by two bridges. Grbe and the town of Nin are the perfect destination, regardless of the age of the guests, because here everyone will find something interesting to see, such as beautiful sandy beaches as well as cafes and restaurants with delicious gastronomic offers. The modernly built and beautifully furnished villa L&T Nin offers 778 m2 of space for a maximum of 12 people to enjoy, with the first floor and the upper floor at your disposal. On the first floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table and TV, adjoining a snow-white, modern kitchen, as well as a dining room with a table for 10 people. Villa L&T Nin has 5 bedrooms, including one bedroom on the first floor with a double bed, a small balcony and a separate bathroom and a room with 3 single beds, which has its own bathroom with a shower cubicle. The remaining 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and shower cubicles are upstairs, the first of which has a large terrace with two sun loungers, a coffee table and two chairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a smaller balcony, and the third room has an extra sofa for one person and a coffee table to enjoy during the day or at night. If you are coming with children, there is also a crib available in the villa so that even your youngest can have an enjoyable vacation. Luxurious refreshment is provided by a 28 m² pool, where you can relax on 8 wooden deckchairs and enjoy the sunny and hot summer days. With an outdoor charcoal barbecue, you will surely organize evening parties and on the outdoor table you can enjoy an evening with delicious cocktails. The villa is fully fenced, has a garden and is surrounded by olive trees that represent Dalmatian history and culture. The entertaining content offered is outdoor table tennis. Villa L&T Nin offers 3 private parking spaces in the yard and outside 1-2 cars can be parked next to the house. Attractions and local activities at your disposal include wine tours, an aqua park, bike rental, cycling, swimming on the beaches, sailing on the Adriatic Sea and horseback riding. Visit the aforementioned town of Nin, swim and dive into the depths of the clear sea, head to the beautiful town of Zadar and take photos at the world-famous Greeting to the Sun or listen to the melodies of the Zadar Sea Organ.
