The magnificent and modern Villa Milagros is located in Dalmatia, in the town of Kožino, and is only 7 km from the tourist town of Zadar. The fully air-conditioned villa Milagros, which is ideal for a maximum of 8 guests, has 244 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1600 m2. There is also a stone beach of St. Peter nearby, which will be an excellent opportunity for swimming and exploring the depths of the sea. Guests will be divided into 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds (180x200), one of which can be separated to make 2 single beds (90x180). Likewise, one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower are located on the ground floor, while the three remaining bedrooms are on the first floor and have an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, you will have the opportunity to rest and read a book on the terrace with seating, where you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic sea view and the sunset.

When you go down to the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, two coffee tables and a TV. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you will prepare your favourite dishes for the whole family, and you will try them in the dining room, which contains a dining table with 8 seats. Next to the dining room is a bar with 2 bar stools.

From the living room you can go directly to the terrace, where there is a covered outdoor dining table for 8 people and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. From this terrace you can go down to the main terrace where there is a swimming pool and a covered lounge area for hanging out. The lounge area contains a sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs.

The beautiful heated pool (10x3.5) is perfect for day or night refreshment after a long hot day. Next to it there are deckchairs for sunbathing and an outdoor shower, as well as a beautifully landscaped yard and green garden.

There is also a garage on the ground floor, which is intended as a room where you will have fun playing electric darts or table tennis with your family and friends.

As an additional feature, the villa offers a washing machine, iron and hair dryer. If necessary, a feeder and a cot are available for children. Lovers of a delicious drop of wine will be delighted by the wine fridge.

The courtyard of the villa offers you the possibility of parking 2 cars.

Many sights that you can see in the historical city of Zadar are the church of St. Donata, Forum, Kalelarga which is the main and most famous street in Zadar, the cathedral of St. Stošija. Salutation to the Sun is another landmark of the city, which consists of as many as 300 glass panels in the shape of a circle. When the sun sets, they light up using a specially programmed method, thus creating a wonderful visual effect that you will surely enjoy during evening summer walks. Cities near Zadar that also exude beauty and personality are the royal city of Nin, Biograd na Moru or Pag.
