The villa was built in 2023 in a contemporary construction style and has 121m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 900 m2, and the villa is fully air-conditioned, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Guests will be accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and associated ensuite bathrooms. In the comfortable living room, you will relax on the corner sofa, where there is a TV and a coffee table. Near the living room there is a modern equipped kitchen that contains everything you need to prepare your favourite meals for the whole family during your stay, and there is also a dining room with a dining table for 4 people.

The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, which will delight you! You will find a pleasant refreshment in the 32m2 swimming pool. Next to it, you will sunbathe on 4 deckchairs where you can read your favourite book or simply rest while soaking up the warm summer sun. The youngest will especially enjoy the trampoline. There is also a covered outdoor dining table on the outdoor terrace, and you don't have to prepare meals only in the kitchen, but also on the grill.

There are 2 private parking spaces outside the yard.
