This house welcomes you with a lot of coziness and closeness to nature: via the jetty only 20 meters from the house you can easily get on your SUP or dinghy or kayak you brought with you, and explore the bay of Ebeltoft from the water. If you feel like a day at the beach, you don't have to look far: you live only 300 meters from the nearest sandy beach.

A cozy living room and a lovely, bright, open-plan kitchen-diner overlooking the canal and green spaces are the center of your home life. Outside, a beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal, so your vacation party can comfortably gather for cozy barbecues on balmy summer evenings.

You can use the fitness room, play badminton, padel, table tennis or field hockey. There is also a swimming pool complete with sauna. As outdoor activities you can choose between mini golf, tennis, soccer or visit the large playground with bouncy castle for the little ones.
