Description

The cosy holiday home is located directly on the Großer Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the country, just outside the village, on a separate lake property of approx. 1200 m² (for your sole use). A fenced-off footpath, which is required by law, runs across the property and the bathing beach is approx. 200 metres away.

The house is equipped with: Living room (lake view, upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, sitting area, TV, radio/CD/DVD), conservatory (lake view, upholstered furniture), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), children's bedroom (bunk bed), shower/WC, central heating.

There is a covered, furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park. Pets are not allowed. Another holiday home (DZV258) of the same type is approx. 600 m away.

The final cleaning is included in the total price. To be paid on site: Electricity, gas according to consumption, visitor's tax. Bed linen and towels can be rented or you can bring your own.

Kagar is a beautifully situated village in a marvellous wooded and natural environment, approx. 11 km from Rheinsberg. There are several fishing and bathing lakes in the immediate vicinity, all of which are connected to each other and offer the best conditions for water hikers in particular. Furthermore, nature lovers seeking peace and quiet who enjoy cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and wildlife watching are in the right place here. Catering and shopping in the village.
