There are comfortable loungers and a lovely lounge area from which you have a great view of the garden and the children playing in it. The small playhouse is sure to delight the little ones on holiday. You can also enjoy a good view of the surrounding area from the raised, partially covered terrace right next to the house. Here you have pleasantly short distances inside and a lovely seating area for outdoor meals together. It is also a great place for evening barbecues. Incidentally, a hot water outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet round off the comfort in the garden.

With heating, a fireplace, air conditioning and fans, the temperature is ideal all year round and it is wonderful to relax, especially on the very comfortable sofa, from which you have a perfect view of the TV and the wood-burning stove. In the large, well-equipped kitchen, which even has space for a table, you can prepare small and large meals together. Conveniently, there is also access to the terrace from here. There is also a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower on this level. From the living area, a staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses a second, spacious bedroom without a door with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower bath. Up here there is also a dressing room with a seating area for maximum privacy, which you can enjoy to the full in this holiday home on Mallorca.

In the small village of Campanet on Mallorca, this charming townhouse offers four holidaymakers a welcoming home with an attractive infrastructure. The street in front of the house offers perfect accessibility and you can do many things on foot, such as your daily shopping. The beautiful beaches of the long bay of Alcúdia are around 20 km away. Sa Pobla, approx. 9 km away, invites you to stroll through the old town and visit the lovely cafés, restaurants and shops.
