The newly renovated Mediterranean and family-friendly holiday home La Choza is surrounded by a beautiful small palm garden with blooming bougainvilleas and offers several terraces to make yourself at home. The large roof terrace offers many possibilities, from yoga in the morning to socialising in the evening.

The interior rooms are all on one level and are lovingly furnished so that holiday guests of all ages will quickly feel at home. You will find all the comfort you need for up to 4 people. The large, bright living/dining room is equipped with a Smart TV and offers cosy warmth with a fireplace and underfloor heating, even in the cooler seasons. From there, you have direct access to the fully equipped kitchen. If you like barbecuing, you can use the new large gas barbecue on the covered terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning (hot/cold), underfloor heating and mosquito nets. Various fans are also available to ensure a good indoor climate. The bathroom is furnished in Mallorcan style and has a barrier-free shower. Directly connected to the house is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional shower. The holiday home La Choza is located in a very quiet residential area on a hill in Cala Santanyi. You can reach the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Santanyi in a few minutes on foot or by car. Here you can enjoy the sun, beach and sea, take advantage of the diving school and boat hire or simply relax and savour the local and international cuisine in one of the excellent restaurants.
The town of Santanyi, where you will find more shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants + bars, has something for everyone. Whether you love art or are looking for souvenirs.
