Besides the ideal location near fresh air and salt water, the vacation home is also close to shopping and the cozy resort of Marielyst. The house is ideal for a stay with the family. The house is equipped with 7 bedrooms divided into 2 sleeping areas with an additional 4 beds in the loft. In each sleeping area there is an attached bathroom. In the middle of the house is the open kitchen area. There is room for several families to cook together as the kitchen has both two ovens, an extra large stove, two dishwashers, two sinks and good fridge / freezer space. Meals can be enjoyed at the long dining table.

If the weather permits, you can also enjoy the meal on the cozy and partially covered terrace of the house. There is also a barbecue ready for use. The pool of the house measures 18 m² and is equipped with a water slide and a Roman staircase. Further entertainment continues in the activity room of the house. Here you can duel in table tennis, billiards and table soccer. You can also compete on the cottage's PlayStation 4 if you bring your own games.

The cottage is located in a car-free area, which means that you park in a parking lot in the area. However, it is possible to unload the luggage at a turning point at the house.
