There is plenty of space for lounging in the sun or shade, with a comfortable L-shaped terrace perfect for a relaxing barbecue.

The two-storey villa has a bright living and dining area with glass table that opens onto the veranda. The modern kitchen with open fireplace creates a cosy ambience. One bedroom with double bed and bathroom is located on the ground floor, and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the upper floor. The remaining two bedrooms on the upper floor with single beds or a large double bed share a bathroom.

The urban villa "Paca" is characterised by its urban but friendly location in the area of Es Pelats, a residential area belonging to Cala Ratjada. Shops and the lively Cala Ratjada farmers' market are within easy walking distance. The cafés and promenades of the harbour town invite you to take an evening stroll. Beautiful sandy beaches such as Cala Agulla or Cala Gat can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by hire car.
