Inside the villa, there is a strong focus on accents made of high-quality wood, which exudes a rustic charm. The living room has a cosy seating area with a fireplace. In bad weather, you can make yourself even cosier with a small TV or a romantic fire. The beautiful wooden kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster and microwave. A glass door conveniently leads directly onto the covered terrace, so you can easily take hot meals, salads and drinks outside for dinner. The villa also has two double bedrooms, each with a subtle colour palette, as well as a twin bedroom. Nothing seems overdone here and ensures a comfortable night's sleep. Thanks to the wooden shutters, you can easily ensure that the room is darkened and if you feel like it, you can even take a little siesta at lunchtime! The villa's white, functional interior bathroom has a small but chic corner bath.

The villa is simply ideal for anyone who loves variety on holiday. It is located close to the easily audible Ma-12 road, which connects Alcúdia with the artists' town of Artà, so that many places are easily accessible, such as the S'Albufera nature reserve, which is only 5 km away. Don't forget to pack binoculars, as there are many exciting bird species to observe. For hiking enthusiasts, we recommend the ascent to the Tramuntana mountains, which stretch along the north-west coast of Mallorca. There are a number of long sandy beaches for swimming, such as Playa de Muro, just 5 kilometres away.

If you're looking for summer sun and swimming fun, then Villa Can Xavier is just the place for you, just 600 m from the centre of Can Picafort. The holiday resort is not without reason popular for its many restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping facilities. You can also easily do your daily shopping. The large sandy beach in Can Picafort is only 500 metres away and therefore within walking distance, while the bay of Alcúdia is around 1.9 km away.
